And another massive post of pictures... Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving week! Last week, I got to go visit Callie at school while they ate their Thanksgiving feast. It was so cute to see her dressed as an Indian and eat with her friends. Cooper came with me and Grandma stopped in Callie's class to say hi! I am feeling very thankful for my sweet babies as always but especially thankful that I am able to stay home with them and go to functions like this. I think I almost cried when I saw how precious Callie looked dressed as an Indian with her pink glasses and pink bow on. Melted my heart. Then there is Cooper making the rounds in the classroom playing with all of the big kid toys. He's such a sweet boy. And to be able to experience another pregnancy and have a third baby just blows my mind. I love it! God is good...

After school, we went to the cemetery to enjoy some sun and see Nana. Of course Callie knows that Nana isn't really there, she's in heaven or the sky as she says. She woke up that morning wanting to go to the cemetery and talked about it all day even to her teachers. Ha! I am just glad she wants to go and its not a scary or bad association. I know I was freaked out by cemeteries as a kid. Since Mom was buried there, it's become a beautiful place to go. There is a really pretty tree close to her headstone that the kids love to play under. The leaves were gorgeous that day.
Thankful for Grandma and Grandpa too! They came over the other week to watch the kids so Mike and I could go to dinner. We had a lovely kid free dinner out at Bonefish Grill and have almost decided on baby 3's name! After dinner, we attempted a family picture with the kids. Ha!
I thought I would throw in a couple more random photos. Whenever Cooper eats Nilla Wafers, he takes them out of the box and lays them around wherever he is eating. Its so funny!
Here is our lil gymnast.
Cooper has recently decided that he wants to use the potty. He's gone pee and poo in it several times. Sorry Cooper, I had to snap a pic of you and Daddy. It was just too cute! We aren't really pushing potty training yet but if he wants to go then we let him! Thankful for a Daddy that encourages and loves my kids unconditionally. And a husband that has my back no matter what.
We decided to go ahead and get our Christmas tree up. I think this is the earliest I have ever decorated for Christmas in my life! I always wait till after Thanksgiving. I've really been "nesting" lately too. Uh oh, please no early baby. I remember with Cooper I had this feeling and washed all his clothes and packed my hospital bag at like 32 weeks and he came at 34.5. Guess our bodies just know. Seriously don't think it has to do with baby. I just want the house decorated for Christmas and somewhat in order so we can enjoy it longer. It makes the den so cozy too.
Callie helped hang some ornaments on the tree. I love that she stuck them all on the same branch. I am trying my hardest to just leave it and not go behind her and spread them all out.
I found this ecard hilarious. Sometimes I do bake and get a lil crafty but most of the time, its a win if I can just get a shower!
The cousins came over yesterday and they were playing around on the computer. I thought this pic was super cute.
I will admit, I've had some anxiety about the upcoming holidays and Mom not being there. I mean, she did it all and the house was always decorated perfect especially for Christmas. Maybe that's why I jumped the gun a little on the Christmas decorations. I want to carry on her love for the season. And it just helps to stay busy around the house decorating, cooking, painting, or whatever it is that I have been wanting to get done. Here is a pic I found the other day of two of the best cooks I know. Thankful for these two women. Thankful for the way I was raised. Thankful for the time spent with my mother and thankful for the time I still get to spend with my Mema. Not many people are as close to their Grandma as we are to our Mema. She took care of us when we were younger. Mom worked until she quit her job when I was like 7. Mema is a hoot. What beautiful women!

I found this lil note in with some old pics. I think this was my senior year of high school. And it was probably stuck in my lunch. Yep, she made my lunch till I graduated and still put lil notes inside! I wish I would've kept every single one of those notes. I know I kept more and I am sure I will find them one day while missing Mom and looking through old pictures. Seems like in those times I am missing her the most, she shows up somehow. So very thankful for my mother this week.

Thankful for all of my family and friends. What a crazy year. Your support through everything has been so amazing. Thankful for Buddy, Paw Paw. I can't imagine life without Mike. I can't imagine battling cancer with your spouse. It was hard enough to watch your Mom go through it. But we came home at the end of the day. You were there through every second of it, the highs and lows. You stuck by her and took exceptional care of her and I know my sisters and I are truly grateful. What an amazing husband and what an amazing example to us of what true love looks like. Not a lot of people know it because you never made a big deal out of it but you fought a hard battle of your own during that time. I watched as you did what you needed to do to get yourself healthy treatment wise but never missed a single doctor's visit or treatment for Mom. God is good. I am thankful YOU are cancer free. I am thankful for YOU.
